WOW! What a busy weekend we had. This is a picture of one the weddings we set up for a reception on June 26th, at the Mirage, in Clinton Townshp, MI.For this wedding we used our Ivory Gem Sparkle overlay, with white chair covers. The chair ties were something special to see. We used 2 ties per chair. A fucshia satin tie with an Ivory Gem Sparkle over it and added a rhinestone buckle. Gorgeous!

We pride our company on customer service. I'd like to share a story about one of the weddings we had this weekend. We recieved a last minute party, and the bride wanted kelly green satin ties. Well, we didn't have enough to fill her request and told her we would order more to accomodate her party. Our supplier was out of fabric, so I contacted the bride, she said ok, and that she would take the same color but in an organza fabric. I didn't want her to choose without seeing it. I said, "Christina, I will come to your work with all the colors of green I have." She told me that I didn't have to do that, but I insisted. I packed up my colors, along with a chair and a chair cover. When I arrived she came out to the parking lot and I pulled out the chair and all of my ties. Christina was so excited that I did this for her. She ended up falling in love with a totally different color.
So I ask you, Do you think good customer service is a think of the past?
